Return Policy
ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
If your item arrives damaged, you must provide visual proof within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact customer service at [doug@nothingmasters.com] with photos and your order number for assistance.
Shipping
Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping confirmation and tracking information, unless a specific shipping window is noted on the product page. Customer can expect most packages arrive within a 14-18 day time frame, product pending.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your local mail carrier and neighbors.
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Packages returned to sender cannot be reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period.
